Laser show versus LED show – what’s the difference?
A laser show is not the same as an LED show. We’ve noticed that when our LED show is introduced, the terms “laser show” and “LED show” are often confused. A laser show is an artistic performance using light and does not involve any stage performers. Laser beams are used to create lighting effects for entertainment. In an LED show, on the other hand, LED juggling equipment and stage artists are deployed. The performers use various different luminous objects, such as staffs, balls and fiberglass filaments fitted with LEDs. LED costumes can also be used. A combination consisting of dancers, an LED show and a laser show is also possible and something we have already brought to the stage successfully. We work with professional service providers for laser shows and can complement our own show with a laser show if desired. Alternatively, we can provide the choreography and dancers to complement a laser show.
What type of events are light or LED shows suitable for?
These show acts are suitable for corporate events, product launches, light festivals, gala shows or private occasions such as weddings and birthdays. Brief details of the options available for each show can be found under the heading “At a glance”. Black light shows such as “Glowdance” can only be performed indoors, as outdoors there are too many uncontrollable light sources such as street lighting, vehicles, etc.
