At this year's election for the German Wine Queen, the Company Project PQ showed a big fire show with six artists on stage live.
For the seventieth time, the German Wine Queen was elected. In the election gala, which was broadcast live on SWR television at the 28th of september 2018, Carolin Klöckner prevailed against the remaining five competitors after the preliminary round. At the show in Saalbau in Neustadt, the six young women demonstrated their wine sensory, rhetorical and communicative abilities in several rounds of the competition.
At the final evening show the comedian Martin Rassau and Project PQ provided the right entertainment for the big finale. This fire show performance raised the temperature in the hall so much that even the mayor got into a sweat and was visibly thrilled.
" To perform a fire show indoor is always a challenge, every move must be controlled and rehearsed especially if six artists are on stage at the same time," says Petra Quednau, director of the company. The fire show convinced the audience with perfectly synchronous fire artistry and also in the end the former wine queen Katharina Staab participated. Thus, even the seventieth election becomes a unique experience.
