In the cross-genre production "Hochzeit" of the Staatstheater in Mainz, Petra Quednau is booked as a circus artist.
She is presenting a stunning artistic aerial hoop act in a swinging chandelier. A wedding - was is more appropriate to experience the funny, tragic and wonderful contradictions of our existence. Directed and choreographed by Koen Augustijnen and Rosalba Torres Guerrero, this opulent dance theater production with the Tanzmainz ensemble and five actors take place in the Staatstheater in Mainz in May and June. Thank you to the great Choreographer Team Koen and Rosalba and the Staatstheater Mainz for the booking. Also part of the wonderful production is the Band "Vibes" from Mainz, which really has already seen everything and is not afraid to play Balkan music as well as the German Song " Eisbär". On April 29, 2017, the premiere was celebrated with standing ovations and "Hochzeit" will be played on nine other dates in may and june 2017.
