Technical requirements

1. Stage-situation

• The stage should be minimum 6m x 6m. If the stage has another size, please contact us. Maybe we can adapt the show to the circumstances.
• For this show with pyrotechnics the stage ort he place should be minimum 7m x 6m.
• The stage should be clean and has to be non slippery and not flammable. Best would be black dance-carpet.
• The stage has to be free of any obstacles. If that is not possible, the requisites on stage have to be covered by an inflammable material. (Molton, B1)
• The ceiling above the stage should be minimum 4m.

2. Safety:

• Safety distance to the spectators' minimum. 1,00m. Fire extinguisher at the side of the stage.
• All material next to the stage or on stage should be B1 or Molton. No flammable decoration on stage.
• For outdoor events with sparkling effects the safety distance to the side has to be 10 m. we will take to you about that before the event.
• If the show will be presented indoor or at official events, it has to be approved by the responsible bureau.

3. Technique/ Sound

• A sound system with a CD player and monitor coaxes are desirable. The CD player should be in good working conditions.
• The sound should be heard on stage easily.

4. Light:

• A light system if possible with the colours red, blue and green. No follow Spot. No white light!
• A fog machine would be great!

5. Set up:

• We need around 5 minutes to set up the props on stage in advance of the show.
• If we can get a helping hand, which we can introduce in advance it will be set up quicker.

6. Shows with pyrotechnics:

• For Shows with pyrotechnics please contact us.
• The artist needs enough time to install the pyro.
• Our pyrotechnician needs a seat next to the CD-Player with view to the stage.

7. Other things:

• A dry and clean room to dress and prepare would be great.
• In the dressing room we should have enough beverages.
• Backstage we need a dry and clean place about 2 m x 3m for storing and preparing the props.
• We need minimum 40 minutes to rehearse on stage. The light and sound technician should be there at this time.

Please notice:
The ceiling and the size of the stage are very important for security reasons. Confer with the artist about changes. For Outdoor events please contact us. We have insurance and until now we work without any accidents.
